Stormy Thursday

What a night and day of storms. Kept Kyle and I awake much of the night. Today we heard from many family and friends that had water damage and flooding. Our hearts go out to you as you clean up and repair. I will be praying for you as you have for me. Today I had my pre-BMT dentist visit. The dentist said everything is healthy in my mouth so I am cleared by him. Still waiting to hear biopsy results. My sister Libby has her day of tests next week. I am so looking forward to the wedding reception this weekend. I can hardly wait to see all of you whom I haven't seen since before my illness. I am so thankful for all of your prayers and thoughts. Without all of you I am afraid I would not have the courage to fight this battle. Thank you all. I will be a survivor. YES I WILL and YES I CAn! P.S.Ginny I would love to talk to you sometime. Call me at your convenience.

    Hi Cindy
I was hoping that you wouldn't have any water from all the rain we have had. I haven't heard from any of the kids if they had any. We didn't have any out here but according to the TV reports that Perkins really got it bad but I was not sure what part of Perkins. I know some of the yards along Perkins Avenue were really under water when we drove into town this morning and it probably got a lot worse after the afternoon storm. Pipe Creek was really overflowing. Hope you sleep better tonight.

Hi Cindy! It's the middle of the night as I write this, I'm sitting in the Nursery with a baby girl in my lap (who's pooping on me!) Work just isn't the same without someone for me to dump my water on during report :) I just wanted to add myself to the very long list of people who have kept you in our prayers. I'm pulling for you, and I have ***faith*** that you will make it through this! Stay strong, be the tough broad that you need to be even though it sucks sometimes, and know that I believe in you!
    Much love,
    Caitlin Dunipace from TTH
(p.s. Tomorrow I'm going to paint my toes Dutch Tulips in your honor! :):):)

I am excited about going to the wedding reception too. It seems our family has got a lot closer because of you Cindy. Thanks, we all need a reality check once in a while. Love, Sharon

    Morning Cindy!
I'm sorry I haven't posted sooner, but my prayers and positive thoughts have been with you daily since this all began and that will never change. My friend is here from S.C. and we've been together a lot. Her husband was a doc at the Clinic and was there for the very first bone marrow transplant in either 77 or 87, I can't remember which year. Either way, that's a lot of procedures and it is probably so much more routine and perfected than it was all those years ago. You ARE going to lick this, Cindy. You have everything going for you. Thank God for Libby---a PERFECT match! You didn't tell us what color dress you have for this weekend. I'm sure you'll look beautiful!!! I'd like to stop over again next week to visit if that's okay. It was wonderful talking with you and just seeing you. (I think the "little germs" are gone by now.) I thought you looked fantastic! You are truly amazing, Cindy, and I look at you and just marvel at your courage. I saw one of my moms and she said her child is still praying the rosary for you. She has seen some of the other parents and they told her the same thing! I told you those were some awesome kids. Have FUN at the reception-you're going to light the place up! YES I CAN!

    Morning, Cindy!
May be cloudy outside right now, but there is so much to brighten up your day and weekend.
First of all, we are so happy to hear that your biopsy was less painful this time. Thank God for caring and considerate specialists!
It was so good to see you and Kyle the other day. You DID look great, by the way. :)
Prayers and blessings go out to all your family this weekend. Enjoy the moments and allow all of them to love and spoil you with their concern. It's funny how we go through life always wanting things, but when things do get tough, it's always family that matters most. You have a wonderful one!
Our prayers and our love remain strong. May God bless all of you as you come together. HAVE FUN!!!!
    Linda and Squawk
