Day 6 & 7

Yesterday was not a good day. The Cytoxan really did me in. the nurse gave me many drugs for all the side effects I was having and that made me sleep the rest of the day. Kyle left about 8:30 and I faguely remember kissing him goodbye. I feel better this morning, but I know as soon as they hang that bag again at noon , it will be more of the same. Thank goodness this is the last day I have to get thet stuff! It might have done me in physically, but it can't take my spirit and my spirit says YES I CAN!

    Hey Kiddo,
That med HASN'T done you in! Don't even think that for a second. It's getting you ready to win the fight! You made it through before with all the nausea, weakness and side effects, and you'll do it now!!
You keep asking for other meds to get you through this and then sleep the day away reveling in the sunshine and happiness that are just around the corner for you. You ARE strong BOTH physically and mentally and nothing that they can hang and drip into your body is stronger than you and your will to survive. So, let them bring it on and fight like hell. Keep on punching Bella, you're almost home.
This is for you, Libby. Cindy has 2 boxing gloves and a punching bag in her room if Doug got up there today. Have Kyle hang one glove on your bed and the other on your sister's and before the procedure begins on Tuesday, both of you hit the "do-do" out of that bag and give it one more for me, too!!!!! Now you two hang in there together and get this job done! Everyone is praying and pounding on God's doors for the both of you.

Great attitude, Cindy! I am imagining the punching bag and gloves in your room, and I am definitely hearing the strength in your messages. Keep it up. You ARE strong, and EVERYBODY is in your corner for this incredible fight. Keep telling yourself that with God, all things ARE possible.
Rest when you can and feel all our prayers.
    Take care.
