Happy Rebirth Day

O, praise the Lord for he is good! The bone marrow transplant is complete and I feel great! They told me I would sleep through it and I said NO, I want to be awake! The marrow ran in in about 10 minutes and that was it. Kyle, Jessie , and Joe were in my room during the infusion. Libby is still down in recovery, but she will get come up as soon as she is released. I can't wait to see her and give her a big thank you hug! Words cannot express my gratitude to her for the ultimate gift of my chance at life. I am riding high on the magic school bus ,singing YES I CAN and I know Libby is singing it too. KD stopped up at lunch and Erika sent up a homeade birthday cake for me. I even ate a piece and it was delicious. Thank you Erika, That was so thoughtful and that was the first food I've had in three days....it was wonderful!

Abb, Through tears I type this message as I sit alone in the computer lab. However, I feel as though I am rejoicing together with all of your family & friends. At this time I cannot describe my feelings. I have no words, I'm speechless (believe it or not). I send light & love. Val
    PS THANK YOU GOD!

    Cindy,
Praise The Lord indeed! As I read your post I happened to be listening to the song "I Can Only Imagine",which brings me to tears even when I am not in an emotional state. So you can imagine my feelings at the time. Wow! I'm guessing as you look in the rear view mirror of that Magic School Bus you can see every bad day that you had getting farther and farther away. You are nearing the finish line and will soon be home celebrating with your wonderful family and kissing those little ones. We're not letting up with the prayers. Happy Re-Birthday Cindy!!!
P.S. Libby you rock! There are some gifts only a sister can give. Thank you!

    Hi Cindy
I am just over joyed. I think I was blubbering all the while Kyle was talking to me on the phone and telling me the news that the transplant went well. I carried Ralph's cell phone with me all day no matter where I went here in Monterey---just waiting for Kyle's call. What a relief that the BIG DAY IS over. I am sure you know that Ralph and I have been praying like mad. I also want to THANK LIBBY SO MUCH for her WONDERFUL GIFT to you. What a precious gift to give a sister. She is your LIFE SAVER.
This is our last day in Monterey California so I won't have a computer to use on the rest of our journey home to keep in touch but I will call Kyle or he can call me.
Bye for now. We LUV YA
    MOM ROTH AND RALPH

I TRUELY BELIEVE THIS VERSE " if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain,'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. " I BELIEVE YOU ARE LIVING PROOF OF THIS. KEEP YOUR FAITH STRONG. WE LOVE YOU. JULIE & ED
