Day 35

This morning I've renewed my strength to fight the fight. During the night last night I told my white cells to start moving and multiplying and I almost felt as if I could feel it! Sure enough, the doctors came in this morning and said all my counts had gone up! So they discontinued all of my antibiotics and they are going to watch me for 24 hours to make sure I don't spike a temp and if all goes well I'll be home in a few days. So, I'm going to keep talking to those white cells and ask that you add it to yor prayers. I'm going to go home and relax for a feww weeks And then it will be time for "the cure" from my sister. I can do this, Yes I Can!

    Hi Cindy
    That's the fight and determination I like to hear from you. If things have to be done, YOU HAVE TO DO IT. RIGHT? So give it all you've got. Talk to those cells till they are tired of listening to you and TALK SOME MORE. I kept checking the BLOG so many times this morning before you posted one and was getting worried. Ralph said that maybe you were getting a good night sleep and sleeping in. I hope you are getting some good REST. Now that they have discontinued the antibiotics, maybe you will start to feel a LOT BETTER and your appetite will come back soon. There are so many PIZZAS and GOODIES out there waiting for you to devour. Hope to see you back home soon. We will keep up the PRAYERS AS USUAL for you----and Kyle too as I know it has been hard on him seeing you in your condition and NOT being able to do anything to help your pain. He's a GREAT ONE---HE IS. I guess you could call him THE TRAVELLING MAN this past month. Too bad they don't have FREQUENT FLYERS for ROAD TRIPS.
    So take care, Cindy, and get recharged for the BIG EVENT with Libby-----THANK GOD FOR HER.We will keep her in our prayers also.

    Hi Abb & Kyle,
    WOW!!! Wonderful news today. You got it Abb, you gotta vision only 100% white cells multiplying in your body. (we will do the same).And always remember when ya get hit with a negative what my friend Winston Churchill said-"When you're going through hell,just keep going"
    Hold tight to the belief that you are strong in all 4 ways SPIRITUALLY, MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, & PHYSICALLY. Feel the love that surrounds your body from your friends & family and rest with that warm feeling. Stay strong Abby!

    Cindy: I know it seems that this is a setback but I truly believe it's your cure. It will be what you need to lick this once and for all. I know they say that God gives us only what we can handle but in my prayers this morning I told him you have had ENOUGH! It's time to stop..I asked Him nicely.....Keep the faith! You are a winner.     CINDY LOU...ONCE AGAIN YOU NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE ME AND EVERYONE WHO FOLLOWS THIS BLOG AND YOUR JOURNEY. I WAS SO SAD TO HEAR THE NEWS THAT THINGS WEREN'T AS GREAT AS WE ALL HOPED BUT THEN HERE YOU ARE WITH THE FIGHT BACK IN YOU THAT INSPIRES ALL OF US!     Well, I guess I am able to write, finally. I was sooooo mad the other day. I wanted to hit someone or something. I HATE cancer. It shows no mercy. Anyway, our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to you "out-law". Remember, we out-laws have to stick together, we need you, right Shelly and Teresa?! You have the right attitude, kiddo. You CAN do it cause you are an awesome person and you still have so much to do here with family and friends. We look forward to seeing you in a few days, at home, relaxing and getting strong for the Next round.

    Libby, just have to say, God Bless ya, sweetie, you are a great sister!!

    You can do this Cindy. I am so sorry that the results were not as expected. Damn it. Yet, your fighting spirit comes through one more time.....your body WILL make more good white cells, your body WILL accept and heal after this bone marrow transplant, God WILL put a very special blessing on both you and your sister when it is time for that fight, your body WILL go into remission. YOU WILL BE CURED!!!!
    Heavenly Father,
    It is so hard to have faith sometimes. When things look so bleak, when the news is never good, when everything around us seems to be tumbling. Help us to remember that Jesus felt the same way when he was faced with adversity. Please help us to have faith, to believe in You and in the power of prayer. We all lift up our prayers for Cindy and her family. We wonder why this is happening. We may never know the answer. Please, Lord, instill a very special and strong blessing on Cindy...as each day is a new battle. Libby now has a fight in front of her as well. You have given her the anecdote to Cindy's disease. Please allow Libby to remain strong and healthy. Give her courage...as this will also be a painstaking fight for her as well. Give Cindy's family strength to be with her along this crazy roller coaster of a journey. Most of all, please allow us to feel your presence....especially when you seem so far away. Let us know you are there. Please heal our Cindy Lou...we love her so.

    Good afternoon Outlaw,

    Jan is right; we outlaws need to stick together. So dust your self off, and put your boots back on, cause we have some serious butt kicking to do. I sound a little mean. Well sweetie, I think that what were going to have to do, so we can beat this and YES you will beat this!!

    Now back to nice and calm. You will come home, where you can relax and snuggle with your hubby. Feel the positive energy that will fill you up from your family and friends. Your white blood cell count will keep climbing. Your friends and family will make all kinds of food to get you eating again. Let us take care of you. We love you and are in awe of your strength and perseverance during this roller coaster ride.

    Dear Cindy & Kyle,

    We continue to think and talk about you daily. You are one courageous, beautiful, loving, caring, thoughtful woman. I know that God will hear our prayers. There is light at the end of what must seem like a never ending tunnel. We continue to pray for you, Kyle and your family. I feel that when you get home to get a decent night's rest you will grow stronger with each passing day. Please contact us if there is anything that we can do?
