Rejoice!

My labs finally came back and I don't have C-diff!!! What a relief! Now I can start taking Lomotil (which is for diarrhea) and hopefully I will start feeling better soon. I still have a fever, but I can handle that. Things are looking up! I almost jumped out of bed and hugged the intern when she came in and told me it was negative. Ifelt as though all your prayers helped me through this. You guys are the force behind each step I take back to health. God bless all of you.

    Dear Cindy,
Elmer and I were sad to hear about your illness, but very happy to hear your treatment is progressing and no c-diff. Tony and Connie filled me in on things and told me about this awesome web site! Glad I could check it out for the latest updates, enjoy the photos, and send you a message. The advances of technology, how did we ever manage! You are truly blessed with a wonderful family:)
I'm so glad that Elmer and I are able to join the "team" of supporters here at home "cheering"
    you on to good health:)
We pray that God's caring presence will bring you strength and comfort and that you will feel the Lord's healing touch.
Always in our thoughts and prayers,
    Elmer and Geralyn
Kyle-our best to you and never hesitate to call us if we can help
    out in any way!

    Yay Cindy,
So glad your test was negative...one less thing to worry about. Val called me last night to check on you. She is in the Orlando area with Steve and Nick and went to a library to use the computer and they told her it would be $10.(wth?) So she just called me for info. instead. She's thinking of you and still praying too, as we all are. Rest well and keep that amazing positive attitude. You're getting closer and closer to victory.
    (((hugs)))

Hi Cindy. Glad to have the great news about the C-Diff. Jess took me to get my tattoo yesterday. It is small and on my left ankle. There is not a day that I don't think about you, and I am constantly asking Jessie how you are doing, I consider you part of my family also. You are very special to us at the Cark household. I know you will beat this! Love you, Lynn

I thought I would pop in before bed. I was going to do some pilates before bed to get my mind eased and helps me sleep a little better. I am hoping that you are going to sleep well tonight. I like to write before bed, it is like me saying goodnight to you. I hope everything else went well tonight. I would have called but Alayna had her spring concert tonight and by the time that was done and we ate it was late and I know that you need your rest. Love you and keep looking forward. We are all praying for you. My client Kathy gave me a St. Anthony necklace to wear for you and a little card that has a prayer on it. He is the Saint of miracles and with all the prayers and support from every one here I think you are going to come out Healthier than you have ever been. I love you and all my strength is with you!!!!!
    Love,
    Jess

    Hi Cindy
I checked the BLOG this morning and was so worried----waiting for the results of the testing. Then Kyle called me tonight (before my usual evening check on the computer) to tell me the good news that it was NEGATIVE. That is GREAT. PRAYER IS POWERFUL when there are so many involved. You are definitely on your way to restored health so hang in there.

    Cindy,
I am so happy that you had some sort of good news today. You are winning this fight Cindy!!!
Don't forget that your strength also comes from within. We are all praying really hard for you Cindy, as I know you are too. Just remember you are so strong for bearing this cross. For whatever reason God chose you for this battle, we may never know. What we do know is that prayer works, and your positivity and inner strength works too. You have the kindness and gentleness of a lamb but the heart and the fight of a lion!!! Keep fighting Cindy!!!
    God Bless you Cindy!!!
    Love, Kate

    Good morning,
I am soooo happy that you don't have that nasty C.Diff!! This has totally proven the power of prayer to me. I know your positive attitude has a lot to do with it also, you aren't giving that cancer a smidgen of a chance to slow you down. You are constantly in my thoughts and prayers. Let every day bring you even more strength to fight this and to get home. We love having Dad here with us, but I know he would much rather be home with you! I love you and Kade sends sloppy kisses your way.
    Love, Erika and Kade

    Cindy,
Sorry to hear about some of the bad days you have been having, but at least on a positive note it isn't C-Diff. If we learned anything in school it is always look for the positive to help you get through. I agree with Amy, we need to get you better and have a lunch date. I am thinking of you and continue to pray daily. Hang in there.
    Love, Angela Benjumea
